Uralkali might pay four rubles per share for 2011 in addition to interim dividends

MOSCOW. April 11 (Interfax) - The board of directors at OJSC Uralkali has made a recommendation to shareholders that they, at their annual meeting on June 7, to decide in favor of paying dividends for 2011 at four rubles per share, the company said in a statement.

The company's shareholders decided in December 2011 to pay interim dividends, also at four rubles per share.

The shareholder register for taking part in the meeting closes on April 26.
