Terms for 'purely' Russian company operations on Russian shelf should be considered - Putin
MOSCOW. April 12 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister and President-elect Vladimir Putin has said that conditions should be worked out that give "purely" Russian companies the opportunity to produce oil and gas on Russia's continental shelf.
"I have requested that the government think about how to invite purely Russian companies to these projects to make use of the opportunities. Of course these are our companies, native, and should work on specific terms. And not just to market their right of participation, but also to attract the necessary financial resources," Putin said.
