Sitronics to hold AGM on June 28
MOSCOW. April 13 (Interfax) - The board of directors of OJSC Sitronics , a Russian electronics company controlled by AFK Sistema, scheduled the annual general meeting of shareholders for June 28, the company said in a statement.
The list of shareholders eligible to vote in the meeting will be compiled as per the Sitronics register as of May 15.
