Acron plans to raise $300 mln syndicated loan by end of April
MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) - OJSC Acron plans to raise a syndicated loan worth $300 million by the end of April 2012, the chairman of the board of directors at the company Alexander Popov told Interfax.
Popov said that the funds raised will go to financing the company's current operations.
Acron's net debt at the end of January-September 2011 came to 31.656 billion rubles while the net debt to EBITDA ratio came to 1.7 compared to 2.7 at the start of 2011.
It was earlier reported that Acron plans to take part in the auction for the sale of a 20% state packet in OJSC Apatit .
