Sistema still sees ONGC as potential partner for Bashneft - Yevtushenkov

MOSCOW. April 20 (Interfax) - AFK Sistema still wants to see India's ONGC as a partner for Bashneft , Sistema's founder and board chairman, Vladimir Yevtushenkov, said in an interview with Forbes.

"We want ONGC to join us with Bashneft. We have offered them 25%," he said.

"We still haven't found common ground on the price. Each side has put forth their view on the cost," Yevtushenkov said.

Sistema initially hoped to close the sale of a stake in Bashneft to ONGC by the end of 2011.
