Irkut could up dividends for 2011 by 15.7%
MOSCOW. April 23 (Interfax) - The board of directors of OJSC Irkut Corporation has recommended the company's shareholders to approve dividends of 513.044 million rubles for 2011, or 0.44 rubles per share, at the annual general shareholders meeting, the company said in a press release.
For 2011, Irkut earmarked 443.083 million rubles at a rate of 0.38 rubles per share for dividend payouts. Therefore, the company could boost dividends by 15.7% for 2011.
The annual general shareholders meeting is scheduled for June 1, and the list of shareholders will be compiled on May 20.
The board of directors has also recommended channeling 275 million rubles to its development fund, including 2.5 million rubles in compensation for board members.
Irkut saw its net profit to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) drop by half in 2011 - to 0.8 billion rubles.
The corporation has charter capital of 3,498,027,257.99 rubles divided into 1,166,009,000 ordinary shares of par value 3 rubles each. Irkut's shareholders are OJSC United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) (82.55%), OJSC Sukhoi (11.89%), and private and institutional investors (5.54%).
