Medvedev: Professional expert evaluation needed in implementing state defense order

MOSCOW. April 24 (Interfax) - President Dmitry Medvedev said professional expert evaluation is require while implementing the state defense order.

"We must invest about 20 trillion rubles in the technical equipment for our armed forces with the maximum effectiveness," Medvedev told an expanded meeting of the State Council on Tuesday.

"This requires a professional expert evaluation at all stages of the implementation of the state order," he said.
