Enterprises to get state guarantees for up to 141 bln rubles in loans for defense orders in 2012
MOSCOW. May 3 (Interfax) - The Russian government will provide state guarantees to enterprises in the military-industrial complex for up to 140.71 billion rubles in loans raised to execute state defense orders this year.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed the relevant decree on April 26.
The Finance Ministry will be required to enter into state guarantee agreements with 31 enterprises.
State guarantees could be provided for up to 26.7 billion rubles in loans for the Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology, which specializes in developing and producing strategic missile complexes, both land- and sea-based.
State guarantees could also be granted to the Yantar Shipyard in Kaliningrad for up to 10.167 billion rubles, to Admiralty Shipyard in St. Petersburg for up to 6.3 billion rubles, to Concern PVO Almaz-Antey in Moscow for up to 4.17 billion rubles, to the Severnaya Verf Shipbuilding Plant in St. Petersburg for up to 9.5 billion rubles, to the Rostov Helicopter Production Complex Rostvertol Plc in Rostov-on-Don for up to 7.6 billion rubles, to the Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Plant in Krasnoyarsk for up to 7.6 billion rubles, and to the Progress Aviation Company of Arseniev in the Primorye territory for up to 7.5 billion rubles.
