Asset privatization list will not be cut - Dvorkovich

MOSCOW. May 4 (Interfax) - The Russian government will not reduce the list of assets included in its five-year privatization plan, said presidential aide Arkady Dvorkovich.

"We are not taking any assets off the list," Dvorkovich said in an interview with television company Russia Today.

"We will carefully select the time of sale for each," he said.

Asked whether dates had been set for privatization of energy companies, Dvorkovich said there was no specific dates yet "because announcing any dates is very sensitive for the markets."

As to privatization this year, Dvorkovich said "the announcements about this have been made and we are waiting for the right time on international markets and the Russian market."

"We hope to make several billions of dollars this year," he said.
