ChTZ-Uraltrac supplies Surgutneftegas with 30 machines for work at Talakan

CHELYABINSK. May 5 (Interfax) - Chelyabinsk-based LLC ChTZ-Uraltrac, the main enterprise in the OJSC Uralvagonzavod heavy-machinery division, supplied OJSC Surgutneftegas with thirty road-building machines last month, the plant's press service said.

The tractors, pipe-laying, and swamp bulldozers will be used in the development of the Talakan oil and gas condensate deposit.

The consignment of tracked machines was supplied to the gas-producers as a result of a tender for a major contract the company won, ChTZ-Uraltrac materials say.

ChTZ-Uraltrac won the tender for supplying Surgutneftegas with medium-class tracked engineering machinery back in March. That was one of the biggest contracts with Surgutneftegas in the last three years.

ChTZ-Uraltrac is a major producer of tractor and road-building machinery.

Uralvagonzavod is a multi-sector machine-building complex that makes around one hundred types of product.
