Russian premier orders SSJ100 incident probe
MOSCOW. May 10 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has instructed the Industry and Trade Ministry, the Foreign Ministry and the United Aircraft Corporation to investigate the crash of a Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100) passenger airplane in Indonesia, the Russian government's press service said in a report.
"Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Industry Ministry, the Foreign Ministry and the United Aircraft Corporation to arrange efforts to investigate the incident with the Superjet 100 airplane in Jakarta in accordance with the established procedure," it said.
Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Yury Slyusar has been appointed to oversee the inquiry, the press service said.
