MTS, Scartel finishing negotiations for work on Yota's LTE network
MOSCOW. May 11. (Interfax) - OJSC Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) and LLC Scartel (the Yota brand) are wrapping up negotiations on work on Yota's LTE network, Scartel's General Director Denis Sverdlov told journalists.
"We are at the final stage [of negotiations]. In fact, we are already signing contracts," he said.
