Vnukovo to hold AGM on June 15
MOSCOW. May 12 (Interfax) - Shareholders in OJSC Vnukovo Airport hold their annual shareholders meeting on June 15, the company said.
The register closed on May 10.
The agenda contains standard items, including dividends, however the airport closed 2011 with net losses of 2.6 billion rubles to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS).
The federal government owns 74.7353% and OJSC Vnukovo-Invest owns 25.0055% of the shares.
Vnukovo said net losses narrowed 59% year-on-year in Q1 2012 to 315.7 million rubles and that revenue fell 1.6% to 600.5 million rubles. Gross losses fell 6.4% to 524.5 million rubles and operating losses fell from 721 million rubles in Q1 2011 to 631 million rubles in Q1 2012.
Short-term debt fell from 1.3 billion rubles to 1 billion rubles during Q1 2012. Receivables fell from 2.6 billion rubles to 2.1 billion rubles.
