Acron and UralChem submit applications with FAS for buying state packet in Apatit
MOSCOW. May 12 (Interfax) - OJSC Acron and UralChem holding have both submitted applications with Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) for the purchase of the 20% state packet in OJSC Apatit , the FAS told Interfax.
No decisions have been made on the applications so far.
The service said that it has received applications from three contenders - PhosAgro, Acron and UralChem. The FAS earlier approved PhosAgro's application to acquire 42.43% of the voting shares in Apatit, which would allow the holding to consolidate the enterprise entirely.
It was earlier reported that the minimum cost for the state share packet in Apatit was estimated at 10.5 billion rubles. Applications from interested parties will be accepted until May 17, inclusive.
