OMK Group member offers to buy Vyksa Steel shares for 41,000 rubles each
MOSCOW. May 15. (Interfax) - CJSC MetalResourceComplex, a member of United Metallurgical Company (OMK), has made a voluntary offer to buy shares in OMK's Vyksa Steel Works (VMZ) for 41,000 rubles a share, OMK said in a statement.
MetalResourceComplex and affiliates already control 87.71% of VMZ.
