Russian FCS cancels directive to classify iPad tablets as computers
MOSCOW. May 16. (Interfax) - Russia's Federal Customs Service (FCS) has cancelled its directive to customs bodies on classifying iPad tablets as computers.
The order, which recognizes as inoperative the agency's corresponding telex on the classification of Apple products, was signed by FCS chief Andrei Belyaninov on May 11.
