Igor Sechin appointed Rosneft president
MOSCOW. May 23. (Interfax) - Rosneft's board of directors has unanimously voted to appoint Igor Sechin the company's president, Rosneft said in a statement.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev sent the corresponding directive.
