Grid holding could pay 0.07 rubles per preferred share for 2011
MOSCOW. May 25 (Interfax) - Directors at Inter-District Grid Company Holding (IDGC Holding) have recommended a dividend of 0.07 rubles on each preferred share for 2011, the company said.
The annual shareholders' meeting takes place on June 30 and the register closes on May 25.
