Gazprom Neft to boost dividends 65% for 2011

MOSCOW. June 8. (Interfax) - Shareholders in Gazprom Neft approved 2011 dividends of 7.3 rubles per share at their annual general meeting, an Interfax correspondent reported from the meeting.

Overall, the company will earmark 34.61 billion rubles for dividends, or 22% of its consolidated net profit to US GAAP. That is 65% more than it paid out for 2010.

Gazprom Neft paid dividends of 4.44 rubles per share for 2010.
