Chairman of RusHydro management board reelected head of RAO ESE board of directors

VLADIVOSTOK. June 18. (Interfax) - Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC RusHydro Evgeny Dod has been reelected chairman of the board of directors at OJSC RAO Energy System of East (RAO ESE).

RusHydro's Director for Corporate Management Yanina Stanyulenaite has been reelected Dod's deputy, RAO ESE said in a statement.

At RAO ESE's annual general shareholder meeting on June 6, nine people were elected to the company's board of directors, including five RusHydro representatives, LLC Gazprom Energoholding representative Pavel Shatsky, Governor of the Amur Region Oleg Kozhemyako, General Director of LLC KIURU Seppo Remes and RAO ESE's General Director Sergey Tolstoguzov.

RusHydro consolidated 69.316% of RAO ESE's shares on its balance sheet last October as the result of an additional issue. The majority of this stake (52.6832%) previously belonged to the government, and another 4.29% belonged to Inter RAO UES . RAO ESE's new board of directors was confirmed at the end of November. Dod was elected its chairman, and Stanyulenaite was elected his deputy last December.

RAO ESE, created on July 1, 2008 as the result of the reorganization of RAO UES of Russia, manages the Far East's energy system. It includes the following energy companies: OJSC Far East Distribution Grid Company (DRSK), OJSC Far Eastern Generating Company (FEGC) , OJSC Far Eastern Energy Company , OJSC Yakutskenergo , OJSC Magadanenergo , OJSC Kamchatskenergo , OJSC Sakhalinenergo , OJSC Mobile Energy and several non-core companies.
