Tax receipts to consolidated Russian budget up 15% to 4.6 trln rubles in 5M - FTS
MOSCOW. June 18. (Interfax) - Tax receipts and collections in Russia's consolidated budget grew 15% year-on-year to 4.6 trillion rubles in January-May 2012, the Federal Tax Service (FTS) reported.
The federal budget received 2.12 trillion rubles in the five months, and the consolidated budget of Russian regions received 2.46 trillion rubles, including 354.8 billion rubles to local budgets.
Profit tax returns grew 6.4% to 1.14 trillion rubles; natural resource extraction tax (NRET) rose 32.2% to 1.045 trillion rubles; value-added tax (paid into the federal budget) on goods and services sold in Russia rose 7.7% to 761.2 billion rubles and VAT on goods imported to Russia rose 10.2% to 39 billion rubles; excise grew 30.2% to 291 billion rubles; property tax - 14.5% to 335 billion rubles; and personal income tax (paid into regional budgets) - 14.5% to 814.3 billion rubles.
