Quadra planning second issue of bonds worth 5 bln rubles

MOSCOW. June 18 (Interfax) - Generating company OJSC Quadra (earlier TGK-4) is planning to place its second bond issue worth 5 billion rubles, the genco said in a statement.

The genco will place the 10-year bond issue worth 1,000 rubles each at face value. The placement will be made by open subscription on the MICEX.

The issue has an option for preterm redemption on the request of bondholders and at the issuer's discretion.

At the end of May, the company redeemed its first bond issue worth 5 billion rubles.

Quadra unites power facilities in 11 regions in central Russia. The genco includes 25 electricity stations, 371 boilers, and heat networks covering 4,651.9 kilometers.
