P5+1 offers Iran to make mutual moves to build confidence Ashton
MOSCOW. June 19 (Interfax) - P5+1 is ready for certain moves towards Iran in response to Tehran's similar actions, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton said.
P5+1 confirmed its balanced proposals made in Baghdad: stop enriching uranium up to 20%, close the nuclear facility and to take 20%-enriched uranium from Iran, Ashton told a press conference in the wake of the Moscow round of talks on the Iranian nuclear issue.
P5+1 also proposes mutual measures as the first moves to build confidence, she said noting that the mediators are ready for certain moves in response to Iran's actions.
