Arab League secretary general plans to visit Russia
MOSCOW. June 21 (Interfax) - League of Arab States Secretary-General Nabil Elaraby plans to visit Russia in the near future," Arab League Deputy Secretary General Ahmed Ben Helli said.
"His visit was scheduled for June 13 but was postponed, but he is willing to be here soon," Ben Helli said in an interview with Interfax.
