Putin awards order For Services to Homeland to singer Kobzon

MOSCOW. June 26 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on decorating prominent singer and State Duma deputy Iosif Kobzon with the order For Services to Homeland, 1st Degree, "for a great contribution to lawmaking activities and development of national culture," the official Internet portal of legal information reported on Tuesday.
