Govt proposals on pension system should be ready by Sept - budget message

MOSCOW. June 28. (Interfax) - The Russian government should submit proposals on the parameters for the development of the pension system no later than September, according to a budget message published on the presidential website.

These parameters should be accounted for in the draft budget for 2013 and for the 2014-2015 planning period.
