Vitaly Vantsev appointed board chairman at Vnukovo Airport
MOSCOW. June 28 (Interfax) - The board of directors of OJSC Vnukovo Airport has appointed Vitaly Vantsev its chairman, the company said in a press release.
The post was previously held by deputy chairman of OJSC Bank of Moscow, Alexander Yastrib.
First Deputy General Director of OJSC Sheremetyevo Airport Valery Kazikaev was appointed deputy board chairman of Vnukovo Airport, the company told Interfax.
The board also re-elected the company's general director, Vasily Alexandrov, for a three-year term.
Earlier, at their AGM, shareholders elected the board of directors. New members elected to the board are the general director of CJSC Financial Supervision Publishing House Alexander Golubchenko, deputy department head at Federal State Property Management Agency Rosimuschestvo, Irina Zelentsova, and general director of OJSC Arkhangelsk Airport, Vage Petrosyan. They replaced Moscow representatives, deputy mayors Nikolai Lyamov and Natalia Sergunin and Yastrib.
Re-elected members were Kazikaev, Vantsev, deputy department head at Rosimuschestvo, Alexei Uchenov, board chairman at LLC National Standard, Lev Kvetnoi, deputy head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Konstantin Makhov and Transport Ministry department head, Alexander Tikhonov.
Vnukovo posted net losses to Russian Accounting Standards of 2.6 billion rubles in 2011.
The Russian government owns 74.7353% of Vnukovo Airport, OJSC Vnukovo-Invest, of which Vantsev is a co-owner, owns 25.0055% of shares.
