Vozrozhdenie Bank approves 14.5 mln rubles in 2011 dividends

MOSCOW. June 29. (Interfax) - Shareholders in Vozrozhdenie Bank at their annual general meeting on Friday decided to earmark 14.5 million rubles for dividends for 2011, an Interfax correspondent reported from the meeting.

Dividends for one ordinary share of par value 10 rubles each have been approved at 5% of par value, or 50 kopecks each. Preferred shares of par value 10 rubles each will have dividends of 20% of par value, or 2 rubles each. Total dividend payouts on ordinary shares will come to 11.9 million rubles, and for prefs - 2.6 million rubles.
