FGC exec Andrei Murov appointed acting IDGC chief

MOSCOW. July 2. (Interfax) - Deputy CEO of OJSC Federal Grid Company UES Andrei Murov has been appointed acting general director of Russia's Inter-District Grid Company Holding (IDGC Holding), the holding told Interfax.

IDGC's board of directors made the decision to appoint Murov on Saturday after the annual general shareholders' meeting.

The powers of IDGC's former General Director Nikolai Shvets expire as soon as the agreement to transfer IDGC's management to FGC enters into force. On Saturday, IDGC's shareholders approved that transfer.
