Almost 5 kilos of drugs seized from Tajik peddlers in Moscow region

MOSCOW. July 2 (Interfax) - The Moscow regional department of the Federal Drug Control Service has caught heroin peddlers from Tajikistan.

The police obtained information about wholesalers selling heroin to retailers in the Moscow region.

Almost five kilograms of heroin were found in the search of a rented apartment. The drugs were hidden in a closet, under a tile fastened to the floor with magnets. The police also seized packing, a scale and sugar powder containers.

Two members of the criminal group are detained. A criminal case was opened on drug trafficking charges.
