Udmurtneft earmarks 16.6 bln rubles for 2011 dividends
IZHEVSK. July 2 (Interfax) - Shareholders in OJSC Udmurtneft , at their annual meeting on June 29, decided to pay dividends for 2011 at 1,258.42 rubles per common share at a face value of one ruble each, the oil company said in a statement.
Udmurtneft will earmark 4.4826 billion rubles for this dividend payout.
It was earlier reported that the company already paid dividends for the first nine months of 2011 at 1,152.58 rubles per common shares (total payout came to 4.103 billion rubles). Furthermore, the company's shareholders decided to pay dividends at 2,250.25 rubles per share for the first half of 2011 (total payout came to 8.0127 billion rubles).
Therefore, the total payout for 2011's results will come to 4,661.26 rubles per share (a total of 16.598 billion rubles).
The company's payout rate for 2010 was 3,640.16 rubles per common share and preferred share. Udmurtneft converted all 890,517 preferred shares to the same number of common shares. Therefore, the dividend payout rate for 2011 per share might increase by 28.1%.
Udmurtneft's charter capital comes to 3,562,066 rubles divided into common shares at a face value of one ruble each.
The main shareholders in the company are Rosneft and Chinese corporation Sinopec.
