Bashkortostan's deputy interior minister relieved of his duties pending investigation

MOSCOW. July 3 (Interfax) - Bashkortostan's deputy Interior Minister Alexander Ovchinnikov, who is facing criminal charges, has been relieved of his duties pending the investigation, the Russian Interior Ministry's press center informed Interfax..
