Lytvyn says he will not sign "language law" under any circumstances
KYIV. July 4 (Interfax) - Ukrainian Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn has told the opposition he will not sign the law, "On the Foundations of State Language Policy," passed on Tuesday under any circumstances, the press service for the Front for Change party reported on Wednesday.
"Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn said after meeting with opposition leaders that he will not sign the law on languages passed by the parliament yesterday under any circumstances," the party said.
