Rivne military try to dump excessive weapons into water
KYIV. July 5 (Interfax) - Military prosecutors in the Rivne Garrison have opened a criminal case against three soldiers and warehouse head from a Ukrainian Army military base, who tried to dispose of Fagot and Metis anti-tank missile systems.
They were trying to submerge in water eight missile systems worth in total over 680,000 hryvni so as to hide excessive weapons, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office said.
During the inquiry the weapon was seized and returned to the base. The pre-trial inquiry continues.
