Criminal case of ex deputy chief of Magnitsky's detention facility sent to court

MOSCOW. July 9 (Interfax) - The criminal case of former deputy chief of a detention facility for medical treatment and prevention Dmitry Kratov charged in relation to the death of lawyer of Hermitage Capital fund Sergei Magnitsky has been sent to court.

Official spokesman for the Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin told Interfax on Monday that Kratov is charged with negligence resulting in the death of an individual.
