Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District intends to sell its stake in Surgutneftegas

KHANTY-MANSIISK. July 11. (Interfax) - The Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District intends to include its stake in OJSC Surgutneftegas in the regional privatization program for 2013-2016, Director of the region's State Property Department Maxim Shevchenko told journalists on Wednesday.

The Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District owns 0.004% of Surgutneftegas stock, or 1.345 million shares. Last year, the region received 3.124 million rubles in dividends for its shares.

Since Surgutneftegas stock is quoted on the stock exchange, the privatization procedure will differ from the privatization of other stakes belonging to the Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District, Shevchenko said.
