Russia to take part in CIS anti-terror personnel training
MOSCOW. July 13 (Interfax) - Russia will be involved in anti-terrorism personnel training for the Commonwealth of Independent States under an agreement that Moscow is to sign under a July 12 order by President Vladimir Putin.
Putin argued in his order that the planned CIS agreement on cooperation in anti-terror personnel training should bear highest-level signatures, a Russian legal information website said.
Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has been authorized to hold talks on the planned accord.
