Guidance for further Gazprombank Eurobond tranche 100.5-100.75% - source
MOSCOW. July 16 (Interfax) - Gazprombank (GPB) adjusted guidance on five-year Eurobonds to from 100.5% to 100.5-100.75% pa just before the bid book closed, a financial market source told Interfax.
Reports have said the bank could place an additional tranche of $250 million-$300 million in bonds maturing in 2017.
It placed $500 million in five-year notes at 5.625% pa on July 10. Credit Agricole, Goldman Sachs, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Corp and GPB Financial Services ran the offering.
The bank also placed an additional tranche of CHF 100 million at 3.375% last week, and CHF 400 million at the same yield the week before.
At the end of April, the bank placed $500 million in five-year Eurobonds with yield at 5.625%. The organizers were Credit Agricole, Goldman Sachs, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Corp. and GPB Financial Services.
At the end of April, Gazprombank also placed $500 million in seven-year subordinated Eurobonds with yield at 7.25%. The organizers were BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, and GPB Financial Services.
Gazprombank plans to place up to $2 billion in Eurobonds this year, as well as 30 billion rubles in bonds on the domestic market.
