Former Acron top-manager made head of Mosoblgaz
KRASNOGORSK. July 19 (Interfax) - Governor of the Moscow Region Sergei Shoigu has signed an order to appoint Dmitry Golubkov as general director as the state unitary gas enterprise for the region (GUP MO), Mosoblgaz,
"Golubkov, Dmitry Arkadyevich is appointed general director of state unitary gas enterprise for the Moscow region effective July 18, 2012" the order said.
Konstantin Polikutin held this post since June 2011.
Golubkov was born in 1972. He graduated Moscow State Aviation Institute in 1995, specializing in aircraft testing. He graduated from the State Management University in 2002 with specialization in management organization. He received an MBA in 2011.
Between 1996 and 2012 he worked at OJSC Acorn . He worked as an expert consultant and head of the company's department for foreign operations. From 2006 until 2012, he was vice-president for Acron's external economic relations.
Mosoblgaz was founded in 1958 and operates over 41,000 kilometers in underground gas pipelines.
To date, over 2.7 million apartments and households, 2,800 industrial enterprises and boilers, and 6,200 utilities operations have gone through gasification in the Moscow region. The bulk of the facilities have been set up with natural gas, the annual sales of which comes to over 17 billion cubic meters.
