TGK-13 signs 10yr agreements with subsidiaries for delivery of 11 bln rubles in resources
KRASNOYARSK. July 27 (Interfax) - Generating company OJSC Yenisei TGK (TGK-13) signed long-term agreements on Thursday with eight subsidiaries for the supply of 11 billion rubles worth in commercial and material goods, the genco said in its materials.
The agreements state that TGK-13, over a 10-year period, should supply commercial and material resources to OJSC Krasnoyarsk Heat-Transport Company, OJSC Nazarovskaya GRES, OJSC Krasnoyarsk CHP-1, OJSC Krasnoyarsk CHP-4, Krasnoyarsk Electro-Boiler, OJSC Kanskaya CHP, OJSC Yuzhno-Yenisei Heat Grids, and OJSC Divnogorskiye Heat Grids. These resources are necessary for repairs, implementing investment programs and current operations.
The total value of the resource deliveries according to the agreement is no more than 11 billion rubles.
OJSC TGK-13 was formed in 2006 following the merger of key generating assets in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Khakasia Republic. Siberian Energy Investments Ltd owns 61.2% in the genco.
TGK-13 includes six combined heat and power plants (CHPs) and one State District Power Plant (GRES) in the Krasnoyarsk territory, one CHP in Khakasia, as well as its affiliate Krasnoyarsk Heating System. TGK-13's installed power capacity is 2,743 MW, and its installed heat capacity is 7380.3 Gcal/h.
