Men killed in blast in Ingush village responsible for series of terrorist attacks - Ingushetia head
NAZRAN. Aug 1 (Interfax) - A group of men killed in an explosion of an unidentified explosive device in a private house in the village of Galashki, the Sunzha district of Ingushetia, are suspected of being responsible for a number of major acts of sabotage and terrorism, head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Yevkurov said.
"The group of dead thugs has committed a lot of crimes in Gudermes and other territories of the Chechen republic. They were ranked high in the bandit hierarchy and led so-called sectors," Yevkurov said at a press conference at the Magas airport on Wednesday.
The men in question were residents of the Chechen republic, but it does not matter to the Ingush authorities where these people come from, he said.
