Launch of Resurs-P earth-probing satellite put off
MOSCOW. Aug 3 (Interfax-AVN) - The launch of the Russia's Resurs-P new-generation earth-probing satellite has been put off by four weeks, a source in the space rocket industry told Interfax-AVN.
"Experts said the satellite is not well prepared for the launch. Therefore, the launch has been put off until October 25," ha said.
The launch of a Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with the Resurs-P satellite was initially set for late September.
