Court cuts Platon Lebedev's prison term by 1 year 4 months

ARKHANGELSK. Aug 8 (Interfax) - The Velsk District Court in the Arkhangelsk region has partially granted a request by the defense team of Platon Lebedev, a former Menatep head and ex-Yukos chief Mikhail Khodorkovsky's business partner, by reducing his prison term by one year and four months.

The court's ruling may be appealed within ten days.
