Russia's domestic debt in state bonds up by 9.3% to 3.9 trln rubles in Jan-Jul - MinFin
MOSCOW. Aug 8 (Interfax) - Russia's total domestic debt in state bonds increased by 328.3 billion rubles, or by 9.3%, to 3.8747 trillion rubles in January-July 2012, the Finance Ministry said in its materials.
State debt in July went up by 79.2 billion rubles, or by 2.1%.
The budget raised 426.6 billion rubles through the placement of state bonds. Including the payment of principle debt on bonds, net funds raised came to 172.5 billion rubles.
After subtraction of expenditures to service debt, which came to 143.4 billion rubles, net budget revenue on operations with bonds came to 29.1 billion rubles in the seven months.
Net funds raised in the first quarter came to 28.2 billion rubles and second quarter - 96.6 billion rubles. The result for July was negative at minus 95.7 billion rubles, which is almost the same amount raised for the second quarter.
