Antipinsky Refinery increases oil refining by 6% in 7mths
TYUMEN. Aug 10 (Interfax) - CJSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery (Tyumen, part of the Petrochemical Technologies Group) processed 1.6725 million tonnes of oil in January-July 2012, up 6.1% year-on-year, the enterprise told Interfax.
The refinery produced 362,006 tonnes of straight-run gasoline (up 16.8%), 339,081 tonnes of diesel fuel (down 44%), and 646,967 tonnes of dark petroleum products (up 0.5%).
The enterprise also produced 183,440 tonnes of low-sulphur content motor oil, 38,613 tonnes of low-viscosity marine fuel, and 79,519 tonnes of furnace fuel. Production of these fuels did not take place last year.
Antipinsky's first phase was launched in the summer of 2006, with investments totaling 2.2 billion rubles. In April 2010, the refinery was granted official clearance to bring its over 2-billion-ruble second phase online. The two refining units have a combined capacity of 4.1 million tonnes of oil.
Straight-run gasoline is shipped from the refinery to Western European countries, primarily to the Netherlands. Diesel fuel is sent to the Urals Federal District, and fuel oil is delivered to the Russian northwest.
CJSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery was established in June 2004 to construct the Antipinsky oil refinery.
