UTair delays placement of 3 bln rubles in exchange bonds indefinitely
MOSCOW. Aug 10 (Interfax) - LLC UTair-Finance (a SPV company of UTair Airlines , based in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District) is delaying its placement of exchange bond issues BO-09 and BO-10 each worth 1.5 billion rubles for indefinite period, the company said in a statement.
The company accepted applications for the three-year bonds between July 26 and August 10. Each bond comes to 1,000 rubles at face value. UTair-Finance planned to place these issues on the MICEX by open subscription on August 15.
It was earlier reported that the MICEX allowed UTair-Finance's exchange bonds BO-06 through BO-016 into trading during their placements in December 2011.
The shareholders in UTair-Finance decided to place exchange bond issues six through 16 at the end of October 2011. Issues six through 15 each come to 1.5 billion rubles. The 16th issue comes to 1 billion rubles. Therefore, the company plans to issue 16 billion rubles in exchange bonds.
