Evraz restarts operations at Highveld Steel in South Africa
MOSCOW. Aug 14 (Interfax) - Evraz plc has restarted operations at its South African enterprise, Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium, which halted operations following a strike of the plant's union in mid-July, the company said in a statement.
The enterprise should reach full capacity by the end of August.
