FAS to decide on UCL's request to buy 25% of Freight One from RZD by Oct

MOSCOW. Aug 16 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS) will make a decision on whether to grant the request of Vladimir Lisin's LLC Independent Transport Company (ITC) to buy 25% plus two shares in OJSC Freight One Company from OJSC Russian Railways (RZD) by October, the regulator said in a statement.
