Ingushetia suicide bomber could be from local village

ROSTOV-ON-DON. Aug 19 (Interfax) - The suicide bomber who detonated an explosive device in Malgobek was probably a local resident from the village of Psedakh, a law enforcement source told Interfax.

"The preliminary data is that the terrorist's head could be that of a local resident from the village of Psedakh. He cannot be named for legal reasons as all tests need to be carried out to give the exact name of the suicide bomber," the source said.

Investigators are working on it, he said.
