This year may see capital outflow from Russia exceeding $50 Bln - economics ministry

MOSCOW. Aug 22 (Interfax) - The Economic Development Ministry puts net capital outflow from Russia in July at between $3 billion and $5 billion while the Central Bank puts it at about $5 billion, Deputy Economic Development Minister Andrei Klepach told a briefing in Moscow on Wednesday, adding that this year's annual capital outflow might exceed $50 billion.
